Leadership
Trident 3PL was founded in 2025 by Nick Gray, an entrepreneur with 10+ years of Supply Chain experience, process improvement, and logistics infrastructure.
Nick built Trident 3PL with a focus on efficiency, transparency, and long-term partnerships, after seeing firsthand how many growing businesses struggle with space constraints, inconsistent fulfillment, and unclear communication from providers. The goal is simple: provide straightforward, reliable logistics solutions that solve those problems and give businesses a partner they can depend on.
Nick remains actively involved in day-to-day operations. Clients are not routed through layers of management. When you work with Trident 3PL, you work directly with the decision maker.
