General Terms & Conditions

• This program is available to new clients only. A client is considered new if they have no active or prior storage agreement with Trident 3PL. Clients who previously enrolled in this program, completed or exited their term, and later seek to re-enroll (including after a period of non-storage) are not eligible for a second term of discounted pricing under this program.

• This program may not be combined with any other promotional offer, discount program, or negotiated rate reduction. Clients who qualify for more than one Trident 3PL discount program (for example, a client that is both North Carolina-based and a certified veteran-owned business) may select the single program that applies to their account, but may not receive the benefits of both programs concurrently.

• Discounted pricing applies to standard monthly storage and inbound handling fees only and does not extend to outbound fulfillment, value-added services, accessorial charges, or any other fees outside the scope of this program.

• Clients whose business is referred by a broker, agency, or third-party logistics consultant remain eligible for this program provided the client executes a direct service agreement with Trident 3PL and is invoiced directly. Arrangements in which the client contracts with and pays a broker or agency, and the broker or agency in turn contracts with Trident 3PL on the client's behalf, are not eligible for this program.

• Trident 3PL reserves the right to request documentation to confirm eligibility and to decline or discontinue program pricing for any account found not to meet eligibility requirements.

Program Modifications

This program reflects our current standard offering for qualifying new clients and is intended to remain in place on an ongoing basis. Trident 3PL reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the program at any time. Any such changes will apply prospectively and will not alter the terms of an active client agreement already in place under this program.
